Looking for some photography advice recently I was approached by Studio Article, a creative husband and wife team Stephen Lenthall (photographer) and Jenny Bowers (illustrator). We arranged a photography session at their new studio in Stroud, Gloucestershire. It was such a great experience to see how the professionals do their thing and to see my ceramics photographed and styled by someone other than myself! Steven used an old painted door as a backdrop which looked very effective, also lovely textured fabrics, old wooden boxes and large painted boards. I was very happy with the final photos, they are clear, contemporary and great for my website, editorial shots...the list goes on.
