Hello, I am Bethan and am a professional potter based in Devon, UK. I previously worked for a studio potter following my graduation in Contemporary Ceramics BA (Hons) and since used these skills to produce quality tableware.
I have always loved making in nature and clay just seemed to be one of the most earthy materials I could get my hands on! I use a potters wheel to throw clean and simple functional ceramics for everyday use. Drawing inspiration from the natural world I use a mixture of quiet, earthy tones and bright. Energetic glazes to reflect the taste of the user. My ceramics has an understated style that can fit seamlessly into modern day life.
The ceramic range is designed with a timeless aesthetic; to make the everyday that little bit more special. Through the creation of small batches of ceramics I strive to create a connection between maker and owner, keeping craft relevant in the present day.
